Establishing an exercise routine when working from home can be challenging. With this virtual exercise die, you can get yourself on a healthy “roll” with quick, fun bodyweight workouts. Do one exercise at a time for a mini-break, or set a timer for 15 minutes and try to complete as many exercises as possible!
