UC Health is connecting employees with whole-person wellbeing using Virgin Pulse
Working in health care over the past couple of years has demanded a lot of all us, and it has been hard to take care of ourselves. We've been in survival mode a lot. When people think of wellness, they think purely of physical, but that isn't the total. With Virgin Pulse, Lisa Melink shares that UC Health employees have one Homebase for Health where everyone can find what they need to care for themselves physically, mentally, emotionally, and beyond. It's a win for their employees. And, with people working at all different times, they need to be able to access the program easily, right from their phones, that doesn't take much time.
