This unique time is creating an opening to discover new fresh foods and flavors that are available to us everyday but are often overlooked. In this session we’re going to get your taste buds singing - and your immune system stronger - by discovering amazing foods and flavors that can become a part of your new daily routine.

While eating alone can be enjoyable for some, we are social creatures by nature and it's important to find ways to connect with those around you. Research shows, when we eat in the presence of others, we enjoy our food more and we make healthier choices.
