Invisible Disabilities: Supporting Employees with Conditions We Can't See

Your employees could be suffering in silence with hidden impairments and challenges. Here's how to help.

Also known as "invisible disabilities," these conditions are more common than you may realize. It's estimated that 1 in 10 U.S. adults are living with a hidden disability, such as anxiety, PTSD, ADD, ADHD, diabetes, chronic fatigue, cancer and HIV/AIDS1.
