Why Activate Enhancements?
Audience API Integration—allows clients to integrate audiences into third-party marketing automation tools for campaign execution and provides them with holistic reporting on campaigns executed on both VP Activate and third-party tools.
Map Layering—improves user experience by allowing clients to better understand where their targets are in relation to their facilities and those of their competitors.
Advanced Mode Query Summary—provides clients a better overview of the audiences they have built in Audience Builder, allowing for easier analysis.
Direct Mail Dashboard—provides Admin users a better experience through better navigation, improved clarity, increased productivity, and more confidence in the background processes.

Connect the Disconnected
Health Plan and Health System clients now have
the flexibility to integrate their current marketing
automation tools with Activate's capabilities:
- Increases the likelihood of closing larger new logo Health Plan and Health System deals and retaining existing clients
- Allows for daily updates of the client’s CRM with new members. Clients can email on a 3rd party tool and execute SMS, DM, or IVR on Activate and audience and analytics are synched.
User Experience Updates
Map Layering
- Clients provide information about their facilities and competitors by uploading files with the appropriate data to our system, which will be displayed as layers with customizable names on maps, as their audience is being created
- Predefined icons are used to represent the defined facilities on the map when the appropriate layer is enabled
- Users can set the density per Zip Code and County in the "Layers" panel to better analyze their audience
- Geography data is being leveraged by defining a radius around a facility to identify audience targets
Advanced Mode Query Summary
- Provides clients a better overview of the audiences they have built in Audience Builder, by leveraging containers, operators and segments as addition to Basic mode queries
Direct Mail Dashboard
- Provides Admin users a better experience
