Why New Homepage Updates?

Over the course of this year, we are working to build a more intuitive member experience on our homepage. For our first release of 2024, this includes two updates:

Members are now able to view all published Announcements from their employer on the homepage from a dynamic entry point.
We have updated the UI flow for Journeys on the homepage. This means users can easily see which Journeys they are enrolled in, which steps are available that day, and celebrate progress.

Updates on Journey's Homepage

Member Impact and Flow

Members not yet opted into Journeys can tap 'Browse All' to navigate to Journeys page to select a Journey to enroll into

Members with active Journeys will be able to easily access and complete up to three (3) Journeys from the Homepage by tapping on 'Take a Step' call to action button

Green checkmarks indicate to the member which Journey(s) are complete

Members with more than three (3) Journeys can tap 'View All' at the bottom of their Journeys list to access full list of Journeys from Journeys feature page

Header will no longer take member to the Journeys page. Members can access Journeys feature page from Homepage by using platform navigation

Announcements On Homepage Updates

Client Impact

Sponsors with Announcement feature enabled will have their scheduled Announcements display on Homepage entry point during the scheduled timeframe

The entry point image is dynamic and will display the image from most recently published Announcement

Member Impact

Numbered badging will display on any incomplete Announcements and be removed once the call to action is tapped

The announcement entry point will persist on the Homepage the whenever the Sponsor has a scheduled Announcement

When no Announcement is scheduled, the entry point is hidden

This is only a UI update; there is no change to the configuration, creation, or publishing of Announcements
