Reporting Dashboard Updates
What's New?
We introduced three new dashboards:
- Gaps in Care is a new reporting dashboard focusing on bringing together data relevant to care gaps at the sponsor level. The data is driven by activity from My Care Checklist.
- Coaching Plans are now integrated as part of the existing Coaching dashboard.
- And the Navigate solution now has its own dedicated reporting dashboard.
Why New Reporting Dashboard Updates?
- Answering the need of clients to identify the gaps in their population and areas to focus efforts to close those gaps
- Allowing for more robust reporting and insight into the impact Coaching has on improving the well-being of the members
- Supporting the Navigate solution with the reporting dashboard

How Does It Work?
- No changes in navigation compared to other dashboards
- No changes in access compared to other dashboards

- Differentiating screenings between Preventive and Condition Care
