World Gratitude Day: A positive impact on our health & wellbeing
by Alex Bronk on September 14, 2022
Studies have shown that there are many benefits, not only our mental health but our overall health when we express gratitude. Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships. One study noted that 45% of study participants felt making time each day to reflect on their gratitude had a positive impact on their satisfaction with their workday.
How can you cultivate gratitude and encourage your organization to acknowledge and express its thanks? We've got the tools to help!
