Wellbeing looks different for everyone and those possessing a marginalized identity are no exception. Organizations need to dig deeper to identify the difficulties stigmatized groups face within the world of health and wellness, eliminate barriers to drive liberation and offer customized solutions to help nourish the mental and physical wellbeing of employees.
In this virtual event replay, Virgin Pulse Science Advisory Board Member, Jessica Isom, MD, joins us to explore how organizations can go beyond the traditional considerations of wellbeing to open up more unique opportunities for marginalized employees.
Jessica Isom, MD, MPH, is a board-certified community psychiatrist and clinical Instructor in the Yale Department of Psychiatry.
