Dr. Marlette Jackson is an equity and inclusion scholar, practitioner, and consultant. Dedicated to removing barriers and providing equitable opportunity through systemic change, Marlette collaborates with organizations throughout the talent life cycle to drive meaningful and sustainable DEI efforts. Combining empirical research with a human-centered framework, Marlette works to develop educational initiatives, facilitate training, mediate conflict, and drive policy to advance organizational change. Marlette holds her bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University and her PhD from Stanford University. Her work in organizational social justice and intersectional equity has been featured in the Harvard Business Review, Forbes, the Journal of Political Behavior, CultureAmp, and Georgetown University Press.
Erin is an equity and inclusion practitioner, investigator and consultant. She is a graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana and Tulane Law School. Erin advances organizational cultures of diversity, equity, and inclusion by developing policy, outreach, and education initiatives. Her work has been featured in Forbes and The Harvard Business Review, and she has facilitated trainings and workshops on recruitment, inclusive leadership, and unconscious bias.
