Montgomery County Government built a culture of belonging and connection with Virgin Pulse

Montgomery County Government's wellbeing program, Live Well, thrived on in-person engagement. When the pandemic hit, Lili Rojas and her team were concerned about how they would reach employees. Leveraging Virgin Pulse, her team could continue engaging employees and reach more people who wouldn't normally come to events. Due to social isolation, Lili and her team were fielding requests for social connectivity, and Virgin Pulse allowed her to connect with those people, and because of the whole-person wellbeing approach, they were able to move beyond physical activity to engage employees with more support.
