Chris is responsible for leading the company’s global growth strategy and helping clients unlock the full value of their healthcare investments to drive better health outcomes.

Before joining Virgin Pulse in 2021, Chris served as CEO of Alight Solutions, a $2.3B leader in benefits, payroll and cloud solutions. He brings more than two decades of healthcare, technology and HR industry leadership experience to his role at Virgin Pulse.

A firm believer in the correlation between health, wellbeing and successful outcomes, Chris also serves on the board of directors of GENYOUth, a leading national youth health and wellness nonprofit dedicated to creating healthier school communities.

As a member of Virgin Pulse’s founding leadership team, Rich leads and oversees all aspects of Virgin Pulse’s operational execution and service delivery. Prior to Virgin Pulse, he worked within the Virgin Group supporting several of their early-stage and established portfolio companies. He has 20+ years building highly successful SaaS/Software focused businesses.

Chief Commercial Officer 

Laura leads the company’s commercial go-to-market strategy with responsibility for all client-facing teams including employers, health and international sales, marketing, account executives and strategic development. She brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, account management, product and reporting. She also has experience working with Fortune 500 companies, national and regional health plans, and mid-sized employers to identify and deploy game-changing solutions.

Chad will serve as the President, HealthComp and oversee medical cost containment, CCIH, TPA operations and clinical services.  Previously, Chad was the CEO for HealthComp and has held many senior executive positions and led global teams of more than 10,000 people across dozens of countries. He is a value-driven healthcare leader with over 20 years of experience running business process and information technology businesses as a senior executive.  Chad has grown both large and small businesses, from those with less than $100M of revenue to those producing multiple billions of dollars in revenue. He has a keen focus on delivery, customer satisfaction, and innovation to create market leadership.

Chief Product Officer

Jeff is responsible for product management, new product development, content, and design across our product portfolio for both proprietary and integrated partner offerings. A respected leader in the product space, he brings business leaders, designers, engineers, and customers together to collaboratively build and launch consumer-friendly, enterprise-grade software solutions. Jeff’s career and experience spans across the technology space, including corporate IT and process, IT security, sales, engineering, and product management.

Chief Technology Officer

Amit leads Virgin Pulse’s Engineering and Technical Operations functions. Amit brings in 25+ years of deep understanding of creating highly scalable global SaaS platforms, enterprise software, and multi-petabyte size distributed computing architectures at RMS (Moody’s), Infor and RSi.  He delivered products and platforms using cloud-native technologies, containerization, Machine Learning models and AI based software products and platforms for insurance, supply chain, retail and healthcare.

Chief Financial Officer

Scott will oversee Finance, Legal, and Information Technology for the new organization. He has 27 years of experience and a proven record of accomplishment across a spectrum of financial operations in public and private environments. Prior to HealthComp, Scott served as CFO for Cytel, the largest provider of statistical and software analytics for clinical trials. Scott played a lead role in the growth of Cytel globally and its successful sale. Before Cytel, Scott served as CFO of Aralez Pharmaceuticals, a publicly traded specialty pharmaceutical company. Prior to Aralez, he served as VP of Finance and Treasurer at both Ikaria and Reliant Pharmaceuticals, and as Manager in the Assurance practice at Arthur Anderson, LLP.

Chief Strategy Officer

Justin serves as the Chief Strategy Officer. He has 10 years of experience in developing and delivering solutions that reduce health care costs, improve quality, and provide best-in-class experiences for members. Most recently, Justin was the Chief Growth Officer and EVP of Product at HealthComp and previously led HealthComp’s Care Management and Payment Integrity businesses. His broad experience includes working with the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, national healthcare carriers in the US and abroad. He is passionate about improving healthcare affordability and access and supporting team members in their career growth and fulfillment.

As Chief Transformation Officer, Andrew will be responsible for overall integration and value creation efforts. Prior to this role, Andrew held senior strategy, commercial leadership and general management positions at Virgin Pulse. He has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the SaaS/software industry.

Di guides all aspects of Human Resources, including business partnering, talent management, total rewards, internal communications, and diversity, equity, inclusion across all global-wide locations. She has over 25+ years of high-performance, talent and cultural expertise, and previously served as Managing Director of Global Talent Management at Moody’s and Chief People Officer at Athenahealth.
