  • The Rewards Bar will now incorporate both custom colors of a sponsor’s theme.

• Flex Rewards confirmation for exceeding limit
  • Flex Rewards cannot check a member's contributions to 401k and HSA and cannot be reversed, so this warning will tell members that it is their responsibility to check. This should prevent billing and tax issues that would be caused by attempting to remediate this.

• Refund button in Gen Admin - updates for redemptions that need to be remediated
  • Changes to the Gen Admin UI will make it more clear why a failed transaction can't be reversed and how to escalate it.

• Member Experience (mobile): Dynamic Rewards
  • This update is for mobile parity with the recently released experience updates on web (see What's Coming Sprint 217).
• Reporting Dashboard
  • User Guide Visual Redesign  & Addition of Troubleshooting Guide: This will provide more visibility into the troubleshooting steps and result in more efficient and quicker dashboard issue resolutions by the Client Dashboard Admins.  
• Health Check Update: Health Score arrow
  • Changing the position of arrow on Health Check Results page, when member has both old and new score.

• VP Passport Sunset:
  • Remove VP Passport Dashboard from side menu in Client Admin

• Surveys: Allow selecting multiple answers in card stack for MCMS questions
  • When quick surveys are created, with Multiple Choice Multiple Select question type, they are not shown properly in daily card stack.

• Sunset Homepage Tour: The Homepage Tour will be sunsetted. The Homepage Tour went live with new Homepage to help existing users navigate the new look and feel of the homepage.
